Services and Compliance
The Cocoa Cafe complies with the TN Health Department and the TN Department of Agriculture. Members have access to a commercial kitchen, pastry kitchen, and a licensed food truck commissary from the Department of Health.
To work with Cocoa Cafe members must have:
- Earned ServSafe Certification
- Obtained their Business License
- Become licensed by the Hamilton County Health Department
